规范工程造价咨询执业行为，营造有序造价咨询市场环境

    2023年1月4日，由省标准定额管理总站副站长王波担任组长的省住建厅检查组一行4人，对我市工程造价咨询企业进行了“双随机、一公开”抽查工作。

    检查组通过随机抽取的方式，对湖北宏大工程造价咨询有限公司潜江分公司和湖北众恒永业项目管理有限公司潜江分公司两家企业的执业质量情况进行了检查。

    检查组充分肯定了我市工程造价管理工作的成绩，同时要求企业对检查出的问题要举一反三，增强执业质量意识，加强内部管理。

    我局将继续加强对造价咨询企业的日常监管，规范工程造价咨询企业执业行为，营造规范有序的工程造价咨询市场环境，促进我市工程造价管理工作健康发展。
